April 26-27, 2021 -- Niceville, FL -- Increasing calls for Matt Gaetz to submit to Nestor paternity test
There are increasing calls from quarters in Niceville, Florida -- the hometown of First District U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz (R-FL) -- for the scandal-plagued congressman to submit to a paternity test. Gaetz's relationship with 19-year old Nestor Galban has been murky, at best.
More is known about Nestor's background from Gaetz's tweets than from any official documentation. On September 30, 2020, Gaetz tweeted, "Today is the happiest day of my life, and we’ve come a long way since this 2012 photo. [right] My son Nestor is America’s newest Citizen! Congratulations Nestor. You will make one Great American. So proud of you!!!" The tweet was accompanied by a photo of Gaetz with then-12-year old Nestor. No U.S. citizenship papers were disclosed by Gaetz proving that Nestor was granted U.S. citizenship in 2020.
Gaetz claims that he is not actually a blood relative of Nestor, but that he unofficially adopted Nestor at the age of 12 when Nestor's Cuban mother died of cancer in  Cuba. Gaetz revealed that he had been dating Nestor's sister, Maisbel Mendez, now 33, before he "adopted" Nestor. Gaetz was dressed as Santa Claus in a photo taken with then-13-year odd Nestor. [left] During Nestor's teen years, Gaetz was careful to only refer to Nestor as a "local student" and his "helper." Gaetz did not refrain from having his photo taken with Nestor during the time period when the boy was only referred to as Gaetz's "helper." [right] Curiously, Gaetz omitted Maisbel from a tweeted photo of him and Nestor. [right].
Private investigators in Niceville, Tallahassee, and Washington, DC are aggressively pursuing leads that suggest that Gaetz is actually Nestor's biological father. So why would Gaetz resist admitting that Nestor is h is son? By making such a disclosure, Gaetz would also be admitting that at the age of 19, he committed the crime of having sex with an underage girl in 2001. By admitting that Nestor is his biological son, Gaetz, at the age of 19, would be revealing that he impregnated Nestor's actual  mother, Nestor's alleged "sister," then-14-year old Maisbel. The alleged Cuban "mother" of Nestor, the woman who allegedly died from breast cancer in Cuba in 2014, may be a ruse contrived by the Gaetz family to cover Matt's crime of statutory rape of a minor.
Nestor's alleged father, Nestor Galban, Sr., of Miami, sued his daughter Maisbel for custody of Nestor in 2016 in Okaloosa County Court. Family Court Judge John Jay Gontarek rejected Nestor, Sr.'s custody request and, in so doing, sealed a confidential filing made by Nestor, Jr.'s "extended family." It is not known whether Gaetz was a member of the extended family, but WMR has learned from sources in Niceville that Judge Gontarek is "owned and ope rated" by Don Gaetz, the politically powerful former Republican President of the Florida Senate and a major influential force in the Florida Panhandle. Was the custody case sealed by Gontarek because of confidential information that revealed that Nestor, Sr. is not Nestor Jr's father, but his grandfather and that Gaetz and Maisbel are Nestor, Jr's actual father and mother? That is what several voters in the First District are now demanding, particularly as Matt Gaetz is being investigated for the sexual trafficking of underage girls as part of a Florida Republican Party extortion and bribery ring.
In 2016, when Nestor, Jr's "extended family" contested Nestor Sr's custody suit, Maisbel's address was listed as 301 Brooks Street SE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida, the home of Matt Gaetz.
There is no question that Nestor, Jr. and Maisbel (May), the alleged "sister," are close to Gaetz's parents, Don and Vicky Gaetz. It is also no secret that Gaetz considers May and Nestor, Jr. to be part of his "family," as revealed in a flower arrangement note sent by Matt and Nestor Jr. to May with a note that read: "May - We love you and we thank you for all you do for our family, Matt - Nestor." In 2020, Maisbel was presented with a Christmas present from Don and Vicky Gaetz, a new red BMW. [right] A note on the car also celebrated "15 years." Was that 15 years of Maisbel agreeing to keep the secret of Gaetz's love child with a 14-year old girl secret? That and other questions are what First District voters are now demanding the Gaetz family to answer.
There are several other indicators that Nestor Jr. is Gaetz's son as the result of Gaet z's impregnation of a 14-year old girl. Nestor Jr. has stated that he views Don and Vicky Gaetz as his grandparents. [right, left-to-right: Do n, Vicky -- in wheelchair -- Matt, and Nestor] Matt Gaetz's younger sister, Erin Gaetz, treats Nestor as a nephew and Maisbel as a sister-in-law.
Matt Gaetz is apparently paying for Nestor's tuition and other expenses at Troy University in Alabama. On June 18, 2020, Gaetz tweeted a video of his and Nestor's joint appearance on Fox News' Tucker Carlson show with the very fatherly notation of: "Nestor is the light of my life. I couldn't imagine loving him any more if he was my own flesh and blood. I'm proud of him. I've raised Nestor to believe we treat everyone equally. It doesn't matter what their background or race is. We treat every American with respect." Observers noted the strong resemblance between Gaetz and Nestor in the Carlson interview.
 Nestor Galban, or Nestor Gaetz, as the case may be, is being groomed by the Gaetz family for a political career, like those of Nestor's "father" and "grandfather." Nestor has been photographed with Matt Gaetz and Donald Trump, Jr. Gaetz also arranged for Nestor's internship at the Florida state legislature, a position also once held by Gaetz.  Don Gaetz has been busy calling in political favors since his son has come under a Department of Justice investigation targeting Matt Gaetz's alleged involvement in an underage teenage girl sex trafficking operation involving former Seminole County Tax Collector Joel Greenberg, and Florida medical marijuana lobbyist, Orlando doctor Jason Pirozzolo.
Compounding Gaetz's alleged participation in the underage sex trafficking operation and his alleged impregnation of a 14-year old girl, Gaetz is the subject of a brewing scandal involving his reported complicity in the manslaughter of a 29-year old African-American man in December 2012, while Gaetz was a senior at Florida State University. The addr ess of 419 Williams Street, Apartment B, Tallahassee, Florida may soon be ringed by the telltale signs of a breaking news story: TV satellite trucks and swarms of reporters.
